Willow Class

Willow Teacher: Miss S Breton TA: Miss W Asif

Miss BretonAs the children move towards the top of the school, we focus on developing their learning and skills in all areas as well as promoting their independence.

We follow the National Curriculum for Maths and English but alongside this we study a range of interesting topics, integrating a number of trips into our school year in order to bring this learning alive. The children also have the opportunity to develop their creative side in art, music and DT.

As well as focusing on their academic learning, we develop the children’s emotional literacy by looking closely at a range of feelings and the ways in which they can be dealt with. We hope this supports the children in their everyday lives where they face a wealth of different situations.
