In Year 3 We will be studying a variety of topics over the year and different text types both fiction and non-fiction these will include ‘Angry Earth’ and ‘Early Man’, as well as others. The topics will be covered throughout the curriculum in English and maths as well as all foundation subjects. Through this holistic approach, children will develop their skills to have an in depth understanding in all subject areas.

In addition to this, children will be looking at the importance of understanding general life skills and emotional understanding this will include; social situations, families, friendships as well as well-being.  Our main focus will be independence and empathy.
