Safeguarding

Our first priority is the safety of all children. This is everyone’s responsibility in  school.

All concerns are recorded on a secure online system which is then accessed by our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Safeguarding Team.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at Wycliffe CE Primary School is Mr G Hamilton – Headteacher (DSL).

The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (Deputy DSL) at Wycliffe CE Primary School are Mrs A Ambler, Mr C Holdsworth, Mr N Hussain & Miss C Jukes.

The Designated teacher for looked after and previously looked after children is Mr C Holdsworth.

Our Safeguarding Governor is Shabnam Iqbal.

 

We are an Operation Encompass School
Operation Encompass is a police and education early information safeguarding partnership enabling schools to offer immediate support to children experiencing domestic abuse.
