Evelyn is raising money for the NHS – read her story here

Evelyn Anderson from year 3 has decided to use her daily exercise to raise a few pennies to help the NHS. She is aiming to ride her bike 100k over 7 days around Roberts Park in Saltaire.
We would like to share her story and her Just Giving page on our school website in the hope of raising some more money to help the NHS.
The link to her page is below
Evie is 7 years old. She lives in Saltaire with her mum, dad and little sister. She’s been inspired to raise some cash for the NHS during these difficult times and she loves her bike. So, every day for a week from 24 April she will be riding around beautiful Roberts Park, dodging the geese, joggers and small dogs as she does around 20 laps per day, covering 15km a day in the process. In a week she’s aiming for 100km and £250 for the NHS.

Day 1 went well with just over 15k smashed in 45 minutes. follow her progress here, on Facebook and via Strava where we will be updating her route and distance covered.

Please share with your friends to keep Evie’s spirits up and her pedals moving.

Lots of love, Evie, dad, mum and Seren

Evie has completed just over 60k out of 100k and she is determined to keep going.
