Dear parent/carer

As a school we have been given the opportunity to purchase 8 half-price tickets for children to attend next year’s Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

This would involve travelling to London on the train with two members of staff and attending the championships during week 1 (July 3).

They would get the chance to walk around the venue and watch some of the world’s top tennis players, as well as having seats available on Court No2 all day.

To make the trip worthwhile children would need to be dropped off at Shipley train station before 6.30am and picked up from Shipley train station at about 10.30pm.

Unfortunately, though these tickets have been discounted, this is not something we are able to pay for as a school.

If you would be interested in your child attending, at a cost of £80 including transport, you can express your interest by filling in the linked form.

If more than 8 children wish to attend, children’s names will be pulled out of a hat.
